The Montgomery County Public Works Association is a non-profit organization founded in 1966. The Association was founded by a group of concerned municipal officials and vendors of related service and equipment to advance the theory and practice of the design, construction, maintenance, administration of public works services as well as the dissemination of information and experience upon the promotion of improved practices in public works administration and the encouragement of the adherence of public works officials to a continually higher standard.
